Time Connection Return Policy

It is our pleasure to serve you and hope that you find your new strap(s) to bring many years of enjoyment.

We will accept straps from our normal stock that have not been tried on or mounted for exchange or store credit (minus the shipping charge) within 3 days of customer’s receipt of goods. If at any time, a strap is returned due to a defect in workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.

Custom orders or straps purchased on a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged as these sales are final.

Any strap that has been worn, tried on, or misused will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Time Connection reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
